This is important for all applicants to read before applying

Our main purpose is to make Pulse a place with friendly and mature people who really want to have a serious raiding experience so childish attitudes will not be tolerated.

Our guild is based on teamwork. Friendly tips and discussions are welcome on the forum to improve other members who may have some difficulties with performance in raids. This is important for progression and no members should see this as a negative, but as constructive criticism, this is in the interest of creating good teamplay and a better experience for everyone.

We will be raiding four days a week (Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday) between 20:00-00:00h server time.

Raid invites will be 15 minutes before starting time and people should be at the entrance of the instance that is planned, fully prepared including all potions, foods and flasks. The raid will be announced via the forum and on the guild message of the day.

The main way of communication will be via the forum so checking it once per day is recommended, as all new things discussed or planned by the guild council will be announced there. We cannot be online 24 hours a day due to real life, but you can always check the forum at work in a break, or at worst before raid start.

There is a guild council formed by officers who will have a weekly meeting for general discussion about the guild, also those officers will have class leader roles.

We are a PVE guild so PVP talent specifications will not be allowed for raids unless the guild council decides it is good for a certain encounter. Class leaders will inform you of when this would be advisable. On another hand PVP gear is welcome on raids where your performance would be better rather than using PVE gear (ie. PVP Season 3 > Tier 4).

Boss tactics will be posted on the forum and all must read them before we go there and try them. The initial tactic will be posted on the forums and will be edited according to our experience taken if need be. It will be as easy and clear to read as possible to avoid misunderstandings.This is very important, and failure to do so is going to be clear for all to see, and will affect your future raid chances. This is put into place to insure that fellow raiders have a good experience and increases our best chance of progression, if a boss is taken down and is on farm status do not think that you are wasting flasks and potions. We must all be doing our best to push ourselves to the limit and to decrease possible wasted time.

Our DKP system is based on a static dkp gains and items will be set to a static price as well. More info on this will be posted for you to read and understand in the forums.

Minimum requirements to become a trial of Pulse are the following:

* End game PVE-experience
* Be able to understand English and use Ventrilo.
* Available to raid 8pm-midnight server time at our raid days.
* Enchants\gems on gear to maximize your contribution in raid.
* Come prepared to raids and keep your potions well stocked.
* Last, but not least: discipline and dedication.

If you fulfill these requirements, take your time and apply and we will contact you with a response as soon as possible. Take some effort to fill the applcation in and make it stand out. Half arsed applications won't be considered and will be declined.

All applications are hidden and your privacy is kept secure.

Even if we are not recruiting, applications will always be considered.

If you have a high death count to Void Zones, Lava Walls and anything that burns in general, do not bother applying.
